As a Territory Sales Coordinator (TSC) working for Mobile Telecommunications Network Cameroon (no. 1 telecom in Cameroon), I have engraved my name in the book of records to help the company grow.
My major achievement was taking over competition in market shares in a year during my three years in the market's rural sectors, moving from a monthly revenue generation of 197kk to 300kk and from 42% to over 60% market shares. Our strategy was to build a young, dynamic, and resilient team to address lacunes in the market. We also explored all market niches that gave us a boost and followed up on the segmentation of our customers, providing them with the best-tailored services, hence more revenue generated.
Being a team player and customer-centric in sales is vital, especially in customer retention. With my beginner experience at the contact center and later on in sales, I have come to develop superior skills in these domains to overcome challenges.
