I am a chef from the Philippines. I am very passionate about cooking and always seeking for a way to challenge myself. After 5 years of working on a cruise ship, i have learned a lot of things and had the best moments of my life there. But now i have to move on and find something that will challenge my culinary skills. I know there's still a lot of things that I need to learn and that's why I'm looking for a land-based job overseas so i can come out of my comfort zone.
