3. Prepare Variation Order, S-Curve, Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) and other related documentation for construction projects.
4. Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
5. Having knowledge of proper documentation process.
6. Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Flexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can-do attitude and desire to win.
9. A willingness to learn.
10. Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
