- Assisted Board and corporate management to put together a five year company strategy to serve our 400,000 Clients coming to perform Haj.
- Led initiatives to establish an HR, Procurement, and Sales departments within the first 6 months of my post.
CEO: Naseej International trading Company (Publicly Listed)…(2021-2022. My achievements included:
- Led the team to improve the company EBITDA earnings from a negative 8% in 2020 to a positive 1% by the end of 2021.
- Led a culture change within the 750 people organization which resulted in saving 10% of the G&A & S&D costs between the fiscal years of 2020 and 2021.
- Led initiatives within the Company to produce 20% of overall production from Rugs in the weaving factory to align with market segments.

Saudi Bioacids Co (2008-2019)
My achievements included:
- Led a team that successfully secured SR 200Million in Paid-in Capital through a private placement activity. In addition to that managed to secure an SR195 Million government loan through the Saudi Industrial Development Fund.
- Signed agreements with Novasep in France as well as Kassel in Austria to transfer technology to Saudi Arabia to build the MENA regions first Citric Acid Production plant.
- Overlooked successfully , within budget, and safely the completion of (51%) of the construction of a SR500Million Citric Acid plant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
