In the last few years of working with Cyprus West University, I have led several interdisciplinary research projects, teaching leadership and management courses, human resource management, operations management, transport systems, logistics planning and modeling; provided academic management and leadership related to large-scale learning and leadership development, the design of recruitment and selection processes, and created diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives for academics in the Faculty of Economics, Administrative, and Social Sciences. Also, teaching students and leaders to build their professional brand and enhance their employability skills.
In the course of my work with Cyprus West University, I have inspired excellence in teaching and learning across both undergraduate and graduate levels. I have created the opportunity to be developed and supported to engage in research, which has resulted in the publication of substantial innovative studies in the area of management and development economics. Thus, it would be wonderful to contribute to a potential organization's purposeful and progressive mission through this role.
