ASSISTANT MANAGER – Production,Process & Planning, Installation and Commencing

 Accountable for driving & leading a team of 80 workers, technicians relentlessly at Bombardier Transportation Pvt Ltd to deliver against organisation’s Production Key target of achieving 60% of the company’s annual revenue of $ 60 Million.

 Enabling the operating executive to meet his daily, weekly, monthly and yearly production/distribution schedules.  Planning procurement of materials and resources with reference to design documents and sales estimation, job scheduling to achieve the target dates. Follow up with logistics for the material shortages, assuring the dispatch of materials without any shortages. Responsible for client inspection with Railway inspector from Government.
