I have ample kitchen experience, after completing my degree I became a Project Manager so that I could quickly pay down my student loans. I have found that my passion is still in the kitchen and now that my student loans are paid off I would like to pursue my passion. Although I have many years in kitchens I feel I still have a lot to learn and look forward to learning it. I would like to add to my repertoire and train under experienced Chef's and Sous Chefs.
