My professional qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria has developed my skills in managing people.
I have over 3years experience working collectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business; both in administration where I raise purchase orders, manage invoices, interface and manage the complaints and requests of over ten thousand camp resident expatriate contractors living in the project site and other associated administrative roles.
I also have 2 years' experience working in the bank as a customer service officer attending to complaints and requests and enquiries of customers via the Live chat and email platform of the bank, delivering quality customer service.
