2. Strong background in military ethics, human factor, technical safety, aircraft documentation and records.
3. Proven skills in reading of technical data, fault isolation and rectification of aircraft systems, air-frame and structural repairs.
4. Demonstrated ability to work in a tight schedule with less supervision and utilize available resources to achieve desired goals.
5. Professional communication skills include fluency in English and other African languages.
6. Graduate of Air Force Institute of Technology, higher National Diploma in Aircraft Engineering Technology (Air-frame and Power Plant Option).
