Been a passionate, analytical and curious learner, I've been able to amass wealth of experience over the last 10 years starting from my days as an intern at several laboratory and food processing industries to my present role as a microbiologist and food safety specialist. Microbiologist and Food Safety Specialist. Ensured the collection, processing and analyzing of microbiological samples for raw materials, intermediate products and finished products to verify the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitizing process and other associated OPRPs according to the QFS programs, procedures and work instructions
