As an Operation Assistant, I hold the responsibility of running the operations smoothly without getting interrupted. Being in a Food Supply Company, I will inform the stock reports to the purchase department, if there's any items were going to get low stock or out of stock. I have to follow the HACCP standards, when we are receiving and Dispatching the items and moreover keeping the items in the warehouse. I have been handling with the sales Invoices, so I have to be precise about the quote, which is approved to each customers. I have to deal with the customers, regarding their concerns about the items or their orders. The most important part of my role, is to maintain a proper file management to keep an account of cash inflow and outflow, and gives support to the accounts department.
My most important skills in the Invoicing and it's has been done through the Zoho Books ERP. As part of my role, I have to coordinate with the client and Drivers, to make sure the drivers are reaching there on time and customer receiving their orders without any fault, Need to maintain an proper management of files to provide support to the accounts teams. I have to Receive and Dispatch the goods by following the HACCP standards. I have arrange the items by following FIFO methods. Also, I have to handle all the incoming calls, emails and replying back to them swiftly.
I have worked as an Office assistant in a Company named Gravity Fuel Supply Services, which is based in Ajman, UAE. As part of my role, I have to deal with the daily cash inflow and outflows, keeps reports on the sales and purchasing and reports it to the senior accountant, handling calls regarding the orders, Cash collection
