● Walk the customer through the integration process of content into supported
database/ ecommerce platform/solution and communicate between company
overseas software development teams and customers.
● Provide technical support on integration with respect to custom requirements for
data feeds. Managing customer requests for various fortune companies worldwide
notably Microsoft, Walmart, Best Buy, Ingram Micro, Amazon, Buy.com, ADI, D&H
SP Richards etc.
● Engage in susbsystems design analysis and integrate with overall systems.
Maintains and enhances internal existing server processes.
● Review logs of running Java importers if any error/failure occurs and rectify them.
● Automate coverage reports for internal and sales team. Debug system issues to
increase performance and quality of data.
● Provides resolutions to problems by taking the initiative to use all available
resources for research.
● Troubleshooting production issues and implementing resilient tests using Shell
Bash/Batch scripts to prevent future issues.
● Working with environments and DevOps team to ensure efficient and stable builds.
● Collaborating with engineers, product managers on creative solutions to our biggest
quality initiatives.
● Write and maintain technical documentation which contains the understanding of
product data.
● Understand customer requirements and analyze for professional services (Magento,
