Although I'm an architect by profession, my experience does not limit on architectural works alone, I have experiences in doing structural, plumbing and sanitary, electrical and mechanical designs in collaboration with utility professionals in their respective fields. I do BIM models or CAD of Utility plans to better understand solutions and problems. I suggest and negotiate, and hear options to what is better or less damaging solution upon construction.
