Currently was working as an Assistant Manager-Training (Learning & Development) with Teleperformance in Trainline-Pilot Process (Travel Campaign-UK’s # 1 Rail Ticket Retailer)
Recently had travelled to London for a Business meeting tour held in Edinburgh (UK)
Key responsibilities include:
* Full review and redesign of training materials and courses currently offered
* Deliver of this training (customer service, leadership development etc.)
* Ensuring that delivery is focused and offers the business a return on investment
* Supporting the introduction of a new LMS
* Creating clear career pathways for employees and working with HR on succession planning activities
