• Adhering to customer inquiries, providing product and technical information and parts availability, estimates to satisfy customer needs, and efficiently carrying out and vehicle repair & service activities
• Preparing parts counter for daily parts sales operations to receive customers, meet external and internal customers demand in line with company & principal standards
• Adept at handling all mechanical works like overhauling and refitting of suspension, brakes, body parts etc.
• Maintaining records of service &repair and following up inquires
• Coordinating parts receipts, binning, and stock updates & stores arrangements
• Assisting in annual inventory and perpetual inventory during the stock count
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention
• Updating database with service history
• Creating a technically sound estimate and guiding the exact work to be carried out on vehicle
• Knowledge and experience of using various Diagnostic Scan Tools
