Qualifications: HCPC licensed Biomedical Scientist. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Masters degree in Biomedical Science.
Skills: Microbial identification: As a biomedical scientist at a Medical center, I improved my microbial identification skill by successfully carrying out identification of different microorganism like E.coli in urine, Samonella in stool, Klebsiella spp in stool and staphylococcus aureus on skin.
Molecular biology: Gained sound knowledge in PCR and genetic analysis for microbial identification at Nottingham Trent University. Also developed this skill while handling real-time PCR for the detection of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis.
Microbiology Techniques: Posses strong microbiology technique skill from daily analysis of urine, stool, high vagina swab, semen and sputum in order to diagnose different diseases.
Data Analysis: Developed and continuously enhanced my data analysis skills from interpreting results to nurses, patients and other health care professionals.
Laboratory Safety: developed the ability to adhere to laboratory safety protocols and guideline during my internship.
I love playing chess because it helps to increase my problem solving skills. Volunteering in healthcare and communities gives me a sense of purpose. Reading books, attending seminars and Listening to interesting/innovative Podcast are some of my favorite things to do. It gives me the opportunity to learn something new. Exploring and keeping up with recent advancement in biomedical science. Teaching and mentoring others.
