Tasked with establishing and leading a new business for the company, widening reach across South East Asia. Heading up operations and providing strategic direction with full accountability for P&L, KPI setting and achievement, long and short-term planning, product development for the Asia Pacific Market and software development and implementation. Senior level role reporting to the UK CEO and Board Members. Recruiting and managing a local workforce, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support. Leading all activities relating to the installation and ongoing service delivery of infrastructure systems, LAN, WAN and data networks. Developing and maintaining relationships with all major vehicle manufacturers in Asia to provide ongoing engineering consultancy. Responsible for all pricing decisions, and monthly performance. UK Vehicle Security Project Manager

Leveraged experience in the industry to provide consultancy and engineering expertise to vehicle manufacturers in their international research and development activities. Contributed to testing in the UK for key motor vehicle security parts. Undertaking extensive travel to conduct vehicle security testing and consultancy on areas such as ease of vehicle theft. Prepared reports and submitted data to company star rating system. Maintained personal working knowledge of vehicle technology and theft methods.

Major achievements include:

• Developed excellent working relationships with international manufacturers across US, Asia and Europe to provide expert advice relating to vehicular security provision

TTS Project Engineer

• Participated in the development of the Thatcham Times System (TTS) the company’s database for all repair and insurance data
• Utilised new software (Coral Draw) to realise greater accuracy, efficiency and professionalism in the completion of TTS projects
• Established a positive working partnership with Jaguar/Land Rover which lasted over ten years and was a precursor to the Escribe product
• Key contributor to the development of processes and procedures to create effective solutions relating to crash repair data times and methods
