Constant studying of consumer wants, needs and behaviour, and keenly listening to their voices is my priority. I draw strength in being first and last at the station for it gives me an eagle's eye into what is and what needs to be done, corrected or employed to achieve goals.
Currently working as a Community Radio manager for a University in Uganda, overseeing the station's programming and administrative operations, planning, controlling and giving guidance on all radio operations. A dynamic and experienced radio station manager, radio host and radio station revamping seeking new challenges and opportunities.
