Hi, I am an IT professional having overall experience of over 8 yeayears in varied domains - IT, Pharma, Construction, Retail. At first, I worked as a Computer Engineer in a Construction company in Saudi Arabia for over 5 years before. My primary role was - I used to gather large amounts of data from construction site and created reports for higher management using proprietary reporting tools. After finishing Masters in the UK, I worked as a Sales Consultant in Dixons Retail Ltd, UK for over a year and a half. There, I learnt how to deal with customers and assisting them. Then, I decided to come back to my home town (Hyderabad, India). Since then, I have been working as IT Business Analyst in a product based Software company catering to large Pharmaceutical companies belonging to both India and abroad.
