Shell career of 29 years. Started in technical geological roles, thereafter broadened into economics and business planning/support. Became the economics and planning manager for the Sakhalin 2 Oil and LNG project ($20 Bln). Subsequent became the portfolio manger for Europe and teh strategy manager for Europe and revised the way forward. Completed in 2016 when Shell merged with BG.
