Care Assistant/ Support Worker

I am someone who gets immense satisfaction in helping people and also working alongside others to achieve a common goal or task. I have always had a passion for helping people and my education, Training, and studies have been predominately centered on these areas. I am a hard-working, professional, conscientious, respectful, enthusiastic, and loyal person who would do all I could to work towards achieving the NHS Trust values including nursing homes. I would do this by being competent in my role at all times, providing both safe and outstanding care, while consistently looking for ways to improve my skills within the position as time progresses.

Over the years, I have built up lots of skills and experience that are a strong fit for this Health Care Assistant role. these include genuine empathy and understanding for patients and clients, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt my style of communication to suit an audience, excellent teamwork capabilities, and also a positive attitude to my work and towards life in general.

I want to work as a health care assistant because I believe no two days are ever the same, hence I get to work with like-minded people who are making a difference to people within the community, and also the work environment.
