I am a certified health care assistant with international standards. My experiences and education, combined with my career aspirations, position me to help achieve the mission and goals of this care home. Since 2019, I have worked as a caregiver in voluntary care work, where I assisted residents with disabilities, dementia, and incapacity service users. I work under the guidance of a supervisor and RN to help implement and support resident-care plans, which include providing services to aid in memory care and psycho-emotional care, optimizing residents quality of life.
