I have 2+ years experience in case work, and 1+ years experience in customer service. I graduated from the University of the West Indies with a B.A in Spanish and International Relations and have since covered courses in human rights, gender-based violence, child protection and results based management. I have a background in customer service, data collection and finance. I am highly motivated and open to learning new skills.
