A pivotal figure in my career was my mentor, who installed the values of integrity, cultural adaptability and innovation in my education. Seeing students and staff reach their capabilities and overcome challenges drives my commitment to believing in dynamic learning environments.
I am an avid reader, particularly of psychology, leadership and education. My time teaching English in Italy sparked a love for travel and exploring cultures. I stay active and have a balanced lifestyle, often through swimming and walking especially as this is better for my knees!

I have led teaching and leadership teams during high-pressure periods, implementing transparent accountability frameworks, and developed bespoke plans aligned with the goals and vision of each school/Trust. I excel in decision making, prioritising resources and fostering resilience within teams, ensuring the delivery of sustainable improvements.
