So why me? Well, Because I even at my semimature age I have a lot to give and still to learn, I have a strong work ethic, and won't sit around watching others, I love seeing people enjoy and return for my food; I have pride in what I do and where I work! I feel that in order for me to succeed, my team will also shine, I do tend to pull mum rank wherever I work and am happy to share my skills, knowledge or even problem solving mind! I don't have time for gossip or schoolyard games, there is no time for that in a kitchen.
