Working abroad has always been a dream of mine since I was young but once I really started working in the kitchen in Singapore, I always told myself a goal and the goal was to really to learn from different chef around the world and I am always open to learn.

Went to compete on behalf of Singapore at the food hotel China our team got bronze
Worked at the fine dining restaurant right after my studies from 2018-2019 basically doing pastry and helping the garde Manger right after from 2019- 2020 I was training for competiton to represent Singapore in between I was helping Singapore Expo during the covid season to prepare food for the health care workers and from 2020-2022 I worked at Kura a pastry cafe I was doing both pastry and hot food and now running a small western stall in a industrial canteen.
