Due to my status of unemployment, I have been making different meals for the family with what is available in the home.
The family has be been getting fresh bread on a weekly basis, by trying different methods. Though not been a pastry Chef, I have been doing different techniques. I have been making up different combination of spices, which in turn I have used them on spatch-cock chickens. These chickens have been sold to those who have requested for them.
