As a Commis I had worked for 18th months at The Ballroom Restaurant in Jaya Shopping Center, Malaysia. There I learned about cooking, serving, handling customers. Assist in creating as well as testing new recipes plus the kitchen all section check, own section everyday clear, all item check and food refill, assist in all kitchen activities to make sure give good food.
I am interested to work as a chef. Because I love to make different foods for my customers and like to get their reviews on it. I take cooking as one of my passion not profession.
