Being a chef is not an easy task. Working on holidays and extra hours when everybody else is enjoying the vacation. That's why is not a job for everybody unless you are passioned about food. Cooking is an art, it is an horizon and undiscovered space for me. I want to discover as much as I can this space and keep being great chef.
