I Work in the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force, for a 20 years. in the time of my employment, 12 years was working with the Prime Minister and President of my Country as head Chef . After my retirement I worked Roband supply and Catering and Beyond Entertainment. Where i was the head caterer for events such as Hennessy Artistry and Reggae on the Hill. We catering for the V.V.I.P. After Covid-19 I decide to go to the UK Where I obtain a job as the Head Chef working for Brother Marcus restaurant.
