I am a believer in service, and I love cooking. Being a chef is the perfect career for me because I thrive in the kitchen environment, and it aligns with my interest in serving through food. I am highly adaptable and able to work in teams, interacting with colleagues well. One of my career highlights is when I was selected to be in a small team to cook for and serve senior government officials delegate including the president. This situation required a high attention to detail to quality and there was a high level of security detail to follow. While it was high-pressure, I was able to adapt and execute what was required of me and I enjoyed the experience.
