Duties & Responsibilities: As a Site Engineer and Site Incharge: I was responsible for Building, Pipe Line and Road Construction Projects.
• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
• To ensure HSE standards are maintained and managed on site at all times
• Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programmes
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
• Observance of safety requirements
• Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
• Supervising and counseling junior or trainee engineers
• Measurement and valuation (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate)
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
• Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary
• Job review of subordinate staff

Position : (Project Engineer) (CIP) Engineer – Community implementation Partner,
School Construction Project.

Duration: September, 2012 To October,2014.

(PEACE) Balochistan is a leading Rural Support Organization in Pakistan and is engaged in delivery of social and technical services for Poverty alleviation, Livestock, Community Physical Infrastructure, Education, Health, Agriculture, and Economic Development activities Funded by the Government of Pakistan, World Bank, UNICEF, BEF, and several other donors.
Duties & Responsibilities: As a Project Engineer: I was responsible for the (Balochistan Education Foundation) School Construction Project. Provide the all awareness of the project and after the completion of project, the people know that how to maintain the project smooth operation and maintains of the project, ensure all the policies and procedures are followed, decision making, resource allocation, organizing the resources in an effective way to bring benefit to the organization by all means.

4. Employer: UN-HABITAT (Jaffar Abad & Naseer Abad) BALUCHISTAN.

Position : Sub- Engineer / Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.
Duration: February, 2012 To July, 2012.
Duties & Responsibilities: As a Sub - Engineer: I was responsible to: Under the overall supervision of the Provincial Manager and the supervision of the Field Coordinator and in close coordination with the technical team, the incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities:
 Main highest standard of quality monitor and supervise implementation of project activities (Shelter, WASH, Infrastructure) at the field level.
 Conduct regular field surveys and assessments work closely with IT to document survey/ assessment and communities
 Liaise with local authorities on all matters of project implementation
 Manage and supervise the work of field teams
 Ensure adherence to UN-HABITAT operational policies, procedures and standards of conduct
 Monitor the daily activity of the housing, Watson, Hygiene promotion etc
 Monitor, ensure and control the construction quality and building materials according to the standards and specifications
 Monitor the construction of shelters and other demonstration works.
 Monitor to ensure the activities of the projects according to the design, drawings, and BOQs.
 Provide guidance to the field team, implementing partners and communities in preparing all required project documentation and keeping reports for UN-HABITAT
 Prepare and issue the final completion certificate to beneficiaries
 Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor

Position: Senior Engineer – Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.
Community Physical Infrastructure (CPI),(D.M.P.P) Projects.

Duration: January , 2011 To January,2012.
PIDS is a leading Rural Support Organization in Pakistan and is engaged in delivery of social and technical services for Poverty alleviation, Livestock, Community Physical Infrastructure, Education, Health, Agriculture, and Economic Development activities Funded by the Government of Pakistan, World Bank, UNICEF, PPAF, European Commission and several other donors. CPI Unit focuses on Community Physical Infrastructure Schemes and DMPP drought mitigation and preparedness projects.
Duties & Responsibilities: As a Senior Engineer: I was responsible for the Project. Provide the all awareness of the project and after the completion of project, the people know that how to maintain the project smooth operation and maintains of the project, ensure all the policies and procedures are followed, decision making, resource allocation, organizing the resources in an effective way to bring benefit to the organization by all means.

 To get Rapid Assessment survey in flood affected area of Sub-Office Loralai.
 Provide technical feed back to the Site engineer.
 Prepare designs estimates and feasibility reports of CPI schemes and DMPP projects.
 Carryout technical surveys for construction and rehabilitation of water supply schemes.
 Preparation of design, estimates and implementation of Karez rehabilitation, rain water harvesting schemes, check dams.
