Job Profile
Lead construction team for civil package works on various projects. Ensure project completion within allocated budget and time scale. Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Expertise
Tender support works, establishes construction schedule, layout interfaces and scope of works for subcontract agreement. Provide work package for awarding the subcontract to civil, structural steel and fit-out package. Including topographical surveys, soil investigation, civil design, building services design, piling, dewatering, HVAC, Firefighting, lighting, Extra Low Voltage system, overhead cranes, lifts & structural steel packages. Prepare construction methodology, Project documentation and close out procedure.
