I can say that I am a perfectionist but not rigid. Setting a goal is very important and to achieve it, it can be from any way. I always brainstorming and mapping my problems and seek the best way possible. In some occasion in which I am not familiar with, I have no mind by asking for help and asking for others opinion on the best way to achieve the goal. I listen to their input and analyze them. Not only in my professional career but I also applies it in my daily life. There are so many things to do in such a little time. This is why I always put the most important first.
I am a detailed person. I do everything correctly and based on the regulation. In my current job, which is an Immigration Officer for Stay Permit division, this job requires me to not only focus on my customer relationship skill but also my analysis, problem solving and administration expertise. With minimum 20 unique applicants per day, I have to manage, analyze and administrate those enquiries to meet the immigration regulation as well as to provide an excellent communication skill. It takes focus to do everything correctly.
In my seven years of working as an Immigration Analyst Officer, I have earned the prestigious "Most Outstanding Performer" title for two times.
Dedicating myself for the Indonesian Government as an Immigration Analyst Officer for seven years and meeting so many stakeholders from many countries it broaden up my horizon on seeing what I want to do in my future. I want to broaden my professional career abroad. Now I am focusing myself to be able to work abroad. I want to pursue a new career path that can help me achieve my career goal.
