As a dynamic and achievement oriented Civil Engineer with over 16 years of experience in Civil Project Management and Construction. I possess knowledge of establishing operations with key focus on profitability within the Construction Industry. As such, I seek personal development within the construction industry to gain valuable knowledge and experience in managing various types of civil projects.

As apparent from my resume I am currently associated with Salini_ Impregilo SPA -Dubai Branch -Meydan mall project as Section Manager. There I performed site management and planning for the civil works for 11 story (6 zones of 55000 m2) including substructure & Superstructure. I prepared the organization chart of necessary manpower and interviewing the key staff. I coordinated with the technical office in term of method statements, shop drawings, any field changes as per design requirements. I also coordinated with all other departments QA/QC, procurement, warehouse & administration to fulfil the project targets.

Earlier with the same company I was worked as Station Manager on Doha metro-RLN Project. I performed site management of civil works for underground station consisting of switch box, station box, underpass and ventilation access. I prepared 3 monthly look ahead schedule for the activities and followed up with the technical office for the method statement and shop drawing.

Previously I worked with Salini Impregilo SPA, Abu Dhabi as Senior Shaft/ Adit Field Engineer. I performed mobilization works, trial trenches and utilities protection. I also performed site setup for Diaphragm wall plants and supervised the execution for the work shafts and access shafts.

In the intial years of my career I was associated with Obayashi Kajima Yapi Merkezi JV as Civil Engineer (main contractor), AlwaiTwensy est., KSA, Makkah as site engineer, SABUOR as Civil inspector and with ASCO as Civil Engineer.

My understanding of taking on key leadership skills has led me to be a proactive, solutions-minded individual with superior judgment and decision-making abilities. My key skills include project planning, scheduling, construction management, site supervision, inventory control, estimation & budgeting and contract negotiation.
