1. June 2019 to Date with Conciv Engineering Limited.
Over the past 4 years, I have worked as a Site Manager on various sites and I have been responsible for ensuring that projects are within time, cost and budget. I have doubled as a safety officer and quantity surveyor in most of these sites and have also managed construction works right from the pre-construction stages to the handing over.
2. September 2017 to June 2019
Working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Eban Realty, I was responsible for preparing BOQs, payment certificates, conducting feasibility studies time, labour and materials costs, valuing completed works and arranging payments for subcontractors, and advising the team on contractual obligations among many other.
3. October 2016 to September 2017
While with BlayBoit I served as a Construction Site Supervisor and was responsible for the procurement of construction materials, checking to ensure the DEquality of work is done and managing materials and workers on site while double as a safety officer.
