I am self-taught and have created my very own Portfolio of the work I have done over the years with my cooking, baking & patisserie work.
I would love to have or be given the opportunity to develop and refine my skills in a kitchen or patisserie as I aspire to one day open up my very own Patisserie or Restaurant.
