I have been cooking food since I was a small child, learning in my grandmother's kitchen. I have since been cooking for myself everyday and for my extended family during holidays. Have worked in several restaurants throughout the years. I am able to learn quickly and on my feet. I have an excellent ability to work well with teams or by myself. I work incredibly well under pressure and do not bring outside issues into the workplace. I have been described as friendly and cheerful by strangers.

I am an avid hiker having completed several hikes within my own state including the hiking of the tallest mountain as well as spending several days on the Appalachian trail. Besides this I also enjoy spending my time playing video games with friends from across the world. When not participating in this two activities I can be found spending time with friends and family or reading and writing creative stories.
