Being a young chef it was not easy obtaining the skills and experience. Working for tge Norwegian Cruise Line was a big jump in my career and that has opened my mind to how the hospitality industry operates at a much larger scale being dedicated and going beyond the call of duty in my field. I have a real undying passion and love for my career.
