I have a great experience in the fish trading field both retail and wholesale including all aspects of the process such as purchasing, sorting, cleaning, weighting and packing, dealing with customers both retail and wholesale.
I am from a family of seafood roots, my father was a fishmonger and his father as well, I broughted up in this world of fish trading.
