CRM Strategist, Customer Experience Analytics, E-Commerce Management, Customer Service Champion, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Workforce Management and Project Management.

I possess over eight (8) years combined experience in CX, customer service and advance use of different CRM applications with MTN (Telecommunications), Ikeja Electric (Electricity/ Utilities Industry) Opay (Fintech) and presently Gennex (Renewable Energy) Industries.
I developed Opay's Auto-Finance Loan Repayment model, Work-Flow, Structure and Business Process in line with statutory regulations guiding the industry.

Over the years, I have developed sharp skills and experience in adept use of software tools for project planning and development. Also, I have implemented Business Process Automation where I have had opportunity to consult and work.
I am enthusiastic to help and assist clients who require my expertise and skills to hit the ground running.

I have won awards with the team I have managed excellently as well as reaching my targets and development. I have more recently been responsible for a team 11 CX specialists, delegating work to them, ensuring they meet their targets each day and being a hands on manager.
