I have been in the customer service industry for the past 6 years. My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls, chats and emails in the high tech industry. The name of the company is Concentrix Malaysia and I work as Customer Fulfillment Specialist. I started working here on 12th of January 2018 till present and one of the reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people. But before I work here, my first job is Customer Service Representative in Cyberone.ph Inc located in Makati City, Philippines. My main tasks is to assist customer in regards to their subscription for any issue that they are facing. I work in Cyberone.ph Inc for almost one year and half (May 2016-January 2018). In my current job in Concentrix Malaysia, I formed significant customer relationships resulting to reached out target every month and being a top performer for 3 consecutive years. My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting the target at all times. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done and doing an extra an miles.
I really like to travel. Mostly my hobbies and interests are outdoor activities like jogging or walking, play badminton, swimming and some activities that boost my body.
