I have a 3+ years experience working as a customer service representative, where i got to experience different behavioural patterns and provide solutions to Complaints.

Over the course of my career, i have gained experience managing irate customers by maintaining a level of professionalism while attending to customers while performing a range of tasks.

Everyone with experience customer service knows that dealing with aggressive, hysterical, unreasonable and angry customers is an inherent part of the job, yet so few know how to respond the right way.

I have developed valuable skills set that will make me suitable for this position.

Presently a Technical Support Officer (Promoted), i am a computer literate, work with minimal assistant and also under pressure with a consistent track record of high quality delivery on tasks while proffering solutions and contributing to business ideas to deliver optimal results.
