I am a perfect candidate for this position because I am a hard worker, i am flexible,i am a quick learner(open to learning),i am honest and loyal and i have a good track record in every position i have been fortunate to be given,i relate well with my seniors,juniors and support stuff,i am reliable and finally i take my work very serious.My main aim is always to add value to the company and become a better person.
I am a holder of diploma in business administration with good customer service experience.
I am currently a customer service manager working with Call center international(CCI).I was employed in february 2020 as an agent and got promoted in September 2021 as a customer service manager managing 15 agents under me.
My interests are socail interests.By this i mean getting to interact with others,getting to know,bond and belong to groups.
My hobbies are travelling as this is the best method to utilise time when on holidays and with i this i get to meet people from different woke of life and get to know and bond with them.
My other hobby is reading.This hobby does not only empower and entertain me but also i get to gain and learn something new everyday.
