In my 9 year day-to-day work in 9mobile, I frequently make use of CRM Tool/portals to interpret information correctly and resolve customer’s issues. I am an excellent communicator with good listening skill, and as a true people-person I talk to customers in a friendly and welcoming way so I can get to the root of their complaints and resolve it tactically. Thus, I have developed strong profiling skills which have resulted in some of my excellent performance. I am very conscious of the need for all operational activities to be aligned with the strategic aims of Services as a whole. In my past role as CSR, i was frequently required to question customers and gather information that will assist me in identifying how we can best help them, through processing customer requests, cross-selling and up-selling where necessary on products based on identified customer needs. If a situation arises where I am unsure of necessary action, or need advice, I will not hesitate to contact my lines manager or transfer the customer to a specialist agent.
