Role and Responsibilities:
1- To lead the maintenance team, in multiple disciplines electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Low Current, Lifts, Telecom, landscaping, Housekeeping, Renovation & Repair, Security, Fire & Safety.
2- Coordinates, assigns, and directs daily, weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance schedules.

Role and Responsibilities:
1- Responsible for all maintenance activities related to landscape operation (Soft & Hard), Irrigation, cut flowers, Indoor plants & pest control in Al-Salam Palace including HRH king Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Residence and Royal Diwan Offices in Jeddah.
2- Designing & execution of any new modification concerning landscaping & Irrigation in the palace & Royal Diwan.
3- We delivered a service maintenance process via a planned preventive and corrective maintenance scheme as per ISO 9001:2008 standard.
