I am a keen artist, predominantly interested in monochrome ink paintings and sketching, but with a portfolio in a variety of media. I have experience in management, dealing with children, and training staff. I learn quickly, recognising when to seek advice from experts.

Having been promoted after three months, I identified further commercial opportunities, designing a new product range of military accessories, after completing market research, cost and profit analysis. I trained new and existing staff in tailoring and dressmaking skills, ensuring that tight deadlines are met and a high standard of work is achieved. I prioritise work and take a flexible approach to my own working hours when extra time is required. I communicate clearly and confidently to a diverse range of clients, customers and staff.

Lifeguard, Kirklees Active Leisure, Huddersfield, Yorkshire
My main role was to protect bathers in the pool surroundings and ensure a smooth running of the leisure centre with my team. I hosted children’s birthday parties, promoting good behaviour and complience of centre rules, making sure everyone was safe whilst having a great time. I thought up activities and games, which focused on educating the children in different types of sport.

Currently, I am working towards my level 2 coaching in netball, which I aim to complete by October 2015. I assist the head coach weekly at Ravens Netball club with the junior sessions, creating session plans and the running parts of the sessions.

I dressed 80 children aged 6 to 11, and organised them to their correct sets and time slots for the filming of ‘Tubby and Enid’, directed by Victoria Wood.
