1. Warehouse in charge for handling of Stores & Line feeding activity independently for Structure Shop, Panel Shop, Paint Shop & Trim Line.
2. Key member for set up of Warehouse from Project Stage to Production Stage(Phase 2).
3. Manpower planning & work delegation to supervisors & labors for each stores.
4. Receipt of materials in Stores along with proper formalities of documentation and GE & GRN making.
5. Issuance of materials from Stores along with proper formalities of documentation and SAP entry.
6. Correspondence with vendors/buyers for wrong / damaged / short supply.
7. Follow up with buyers for supply of items to maintain minimum stock levels.

11. ABC analysis & working on Max Min level definition in SAP for new Warehouse.

13. Managing half yearly % Annual Physical Inventory schedule, reconciliation & submission to finance.
14. Offer to quality & get quality tags for acceptance /rejection for each lot of material & monitoring of QA 32 clearance.
15. Generation of Stock Reports, Receiving Reports, Issuance Reports, Shortage reports & publishing to concerned buyers & Agencies& Follow up activity.
16. Maintaining 5s system& Kaizen system.
17. Arranging materials for easy identification& planning for PFEP.
18. All process making for all warehouse related activity.
19. Preparing Fortnightly MIS reports for higher management & issue highlighted during that week.
