Coordinate with external calibration agency and user departments for calibration of equipments & gauges,

Define frequency and acceptance criteria for calibration,

IN ORDER TO maintain equipment as per NABL Standards.

3. Customer Satisfaction & Internal Audit Compliance :-

Identify the agency and coordinate the customer satisfaction survey,

Compile and publish the survey findings,

Analyse the findings working with the dept heads and develop corrective actions,

Review action plan for open items, To fulfill customer specific requirements, Review periodically through quality meetings and internal audit,
