RESPONSIBILITIES : Leading and managing the installation (cable trench, cable joint bays, cable laying including FOC, FOC joints, glanding, terminations etc) inspection, testing and pre commissioning activities in the transmission development (66kV and 220kV) projects.
Planning and scheduling the activities.
Co ordinating with all the utility departments for executing the installation activities without affecting the utility services.
Review of sub-contractor’s submittals, third party inspection reports. Closely following up with the project team for the timely completion of project activities by complying with project schedule, HSE and QC standards and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Directed the entire QA/QC activities in all the installation, testing and commissioning tasks in the electrical system of the Aromatics project which includes substation buildings, small power and lighting, transformers, bus ducts, switchgears (GIS 33kV, 11kV, 6.6kV,415V), battery banks, UPS system, Protection and Control panels, Capacitor panels, cable trays, cable laying, glanding and terminations, plant lighting system, motors (HV and LV), field instruments, public addressing system, HVAC system, plumbing, fire alarm system, plant and substation earthing system, lightning protection system, Control system, heat tracing and cathodic protection systems.
Preparation and review of QC procedures, shop drawings, BOQ, submittal of materials, ITP, Method statements, inspection and receiving materials.
Witnessing the acceptance test at site and performing final Quality checks prior to acceptance of materials and equipments as appropriate. Issuing Damage and shortage note on materials and further follow-up.

Site management of project execution teams for the electrical works.(Works include supply, installation and testing of DG system with ATS, lighting and small power system, earthing, fence lighting, LV switch gear and cable laying, glanding and terminations to field motors, instruments, panels etc. Infrastructure project consisted of supply, installation and testing of 48Nos of 11kV RMUs, switching stations, cable trench excavation,11kv and LV cable laying, re routing of services in co ordination with the utilities departments, glanding, terminations, earthing, LV panel installation, feeder pillars and cabling for street lighting system, HV switching station etc). Directed the site engineers and supervisors.

Responsible for reporting to the Lead Electrical engineer and reporting to the Resident site Manager in lead engineer’s absence. Also responsible for the management of execution teams thoset included subcontractor’s project team and vendors. Also ensuring that the needs of the projects were understood and the needs of the workforce were responded appropriately and timely. Duties include: Supervise and inspect electrical installations, inspection with the PMC, testing and pre commissioning pertaining to the procurement, construction and commissioning of Hydrogen Generation Unit at the refinery. Activities include Installation, inspection, testing and pre commsissioning of LV and HV motors, LV & HV cable laying (through trays in the pipe racks and trenches), glanding and terminations, substation and plant earthing, lightning protection, HV switchgear, PCC, MCC, Soft starter panels, Variable speed drive panels, plant and substation lighting system, small power system, Fire alarm system, Public address system, cable trays, UPS and battery banks, cathodic protection, DCS system etc.) Communicating and co ordinating with the engineering, Quality and other departments. Identify material requirements, Schedule and cost awareness, Raise and follow through on technical queries to conclusion. Prepare / Issue Reports, schedules, plans as required. Responsible for creating As built drawings on completion of construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing the plans and schedules for the construction activities at the un manned off shore plat forms (SHP, ICP, BHN and BHS) for the Telemetry and Gas Detection systems. This included procurement, installation and pre commissioning of Solar panel system, Battery banks, charger, battery controllers, cable trays, cable laying, glanding and terminations, RTU etc.
In charge of site electrical works by controlling construction methodology and maintaining program schedules complying with safety procedures.
Coordinating and supervising of site construction activities with the Company’s office at the base and Client. Monitoring site safety and ensuring premium quality workmanship.
Allocation of labour, Tools, Plant & Materials to include appropriate HSE requirements.
